Great company but too far for me - Account Manager CommuniGator Employee Review

The people from entry level to Directors welcome you with arms wide open and this continues in the long term. They are always looking at what they can do to improve the product. without a doubt they have one of the best platforms in the market place. Like any business there are politics that can get in the way but on the whole it is kept to a minimum. Focused on customer retention as much as getting new ones on board, its great to be part of ta team where its not 'sign up at all costs' and it more 'work with business we can help' Regular social events which are always different to incorporate different hobbies of all the staff. Extremely flexible when it came to working from home when needed as long as you got the job done. Again I will mention the people as they made the place so much fun.

Nothing massive comes to mind - sometimes the socials were booked on days I wasn't available....... Some people have felt undervalued at times which was all financially related.

- The other employees make the environment so great. Everyone gets on and are happy to help each other when the going gets tough. - The location is great, having recently moved to the centre of Guildford, makes socialising outside of work with other colleagues much easier. - The office, fun and games (pool, ping pong & netflix) in the basement! - A mutual respect between management and employees. It is a huge bonus that the management team understand that life happens. In turn, the employees return that respect with the quality of their work.

- A little empty! We could do with a few more bodies to liven up the atmosphere sometimes in the office. - Sometimes office logistics are not communicated as early as they could be to the employees.
