Great training especially if you a graduate recruiter. Can't fault them there.

Poor leadership, lots of micromanagement.

You work for yourself, and your success depends entirely on your own effort — the more you put in, the more you get out. The first few years in this role can be emotionally demanding — you pour a lot of yourself into the job, sometimes more than feels “healthy.” But you’re never alone; management provides strong guidance and helps you navigate that journey. Management is incredibly supportive with regards to this. The culture here is truly unique — you won’t find anything like it at another recruitment company. As you become more experienced and established, you gain greater freedom and flexibility in how you work.

This is a sales-driven role — if you don’t enjoy sales, you won’t enjoy working here. It’s fast-paced, target-focused, and can be challenging at times. As a JSE-listed company, there are naturally certain processes and red tape to follow, but they’re in place to ensure structure and compliance across the business.
