Overused and underappreciated - Anonymous employee Community Access Employee Review

Heartless and gutless hierarchy. Most people at the main office never leave there cubicles so they are unaware of issues at their many buildings. Front desk personnel are disrespected daily. Desks logs are useless because upper management never reads them unless something serious happens such as death. Rounds of layoffs are avoidable!!!! Just be honest and admit that you didn't want to pay your front desk personnel $15 an hour. You have people at the top collecting money just for sitting on their derriere. Your employees deserve better. The tenants are not running buildings into the ground, its upper management . At the end of the day, all they care about is penny pinching their federally funded money.
