Great colleagues but pay could improve - Direct Support Professional (DSP) Community Based Services Employee Review

Once I submitted my application, they got back to me really quickly. My interviews were scheduled fast and they always responded. Everyone I met seemed passionate about what they do and since I am new to the field it's been such a great experience working with the individuals. The word is very rewarding and everyone is here for the right reasons

Job offer is based on background checks. This can take about a week, but it's normal for the field.

I enjoyed the work. Paid time and a half for holidays.

Next staff sometimes did not show up for shift. Work on holidays.
