      Love working with the clients. Room to pick up shifts or change a day if something comes up. Great benefits. Dental and vision are free. Off every other weekend

      Staffing, a lot of positions still are open in the homes.

      Pros

      Some clients were awesome. It was a pleasure to get to know them. I liked that part best.

      Cons

      The compensation was awful. It was way below the market standards. I was embarrassed by the money I made and avoided discussing it with others. The people at the top paid people less than their potential. They were too arrogant and evil to care. It was horrible.
