Pros
Good people doing good things, lots of experience to learn from, some really good leaders.
Cons
Unable to manage expansion, as they added more Branches, it went from member focused to sell sell sell or you’re outta there. Adopted a good sales program, but then took it way beyond its intention. Even the facilitators gave the crazy eyes with what our expectations were. And the pay, went from bad to worse. Too much work for the money, pick any other institution and get less work for more. PTO acrual isnt much either, want you to take a week off every year but not enough PTO to back it. If its gonna be a rule, dont hit my meanial PTO.
