Pros
Cannot think of any. Too many cons offset any pros that may exist.
Cons
This company thinks of nothing but profit. Patient care is an afterthought. Staffing is cut so much that patient care suffers. When our medical director refused to receive patients in our emergency department because there was not enough staff to handle them, management went ballistic. They treat employees like slaves. They cut off wage increases simply because the reach the top of some fake "pay range" that the position has. The pay raises that do happen don't keep up with inflation ("real" inflation). But they are constantly raising prices to cover their increased costs. They don't provide the tools necessary to do the job. Corporate requests cannot be completed because the hospitals do not have the tools or information to provide the answers. How can they ask for information when they are not giving the tools? Stupid!! Much of the information that is provided is not accurate. I wonder how much of that inaccurate information is getting into the published financials. Management at the hospital level are nothing but puppets to the corporate mentality and the corporate management have no clue on how to run a hospital. All of them should be replaced with people that have some brains.
