      Pros

      Company culture, values - such as integrity and honesty. A culture of excellence. Very professional work environment. Things are done in an orderly manner. Systems in place for most things.

      Cons

      Compensation for non-management employees could be better. Adding a bonus plan for non-management staff would help the company be more competitive and would help retain valuable staff.
