Provided an entry level position to learn about the company and project management. Plenty of different areas to work in at CHS.
Cons
- Will low ball you when they offer a position - Low annual raise despite good work and loyalty through high turnover (3%) - Most leaders who have grown with the company will tell you they do things a certain way. No room for thinking outside the box - Leadership will tell you did something wrong, but won't actively coach employees
