Pros
It was becoming a good place to work but with the recent CIO change for the IT cooperate group they are digressing to their old way of managing by intimidation and fear. Unfortunately all the remaining executives are converting to being drones instead of leaders for fear of losing thier jobs.
Cons
In my 30 years of experience I have never worked for such a bad company. They have digressed to a 80's management mentality, particularly the present OCIO who has no business in that position due to her lack of experience not only as a leader but within the IT healthcare industry.
