Pros
You get a lot of holidays off and casual attire is permitted Monday through Friday. Great company to work for.
Cons
Working in a shared service center is not ideal. If you can get to corporate, it is a completely different environment, for the better! This is comparable to a call center and has very high turnaround and A LOT of micro-managing.
