To work for a company whos main goal is helping the underserved population in our small community, is so fulfilling. Our CEO is also a clinician and aside from running a company he is also out in the field helping staff and community members. It's wonderful to work for someone and work with a team who has integrity and a passion for helping others.

So far I haven't noticed any cons.
