      There were no pros to working here.

      Cons

      Leadership is toxic. There is a dangerous game of pointing fingers. No one takes responsibility. They are only focused on the dollars coming in and if your documentation isn't complete, they pull you from seeing clients with is incredibly traumatic for clients who need therapists. They do not care about their employees and their turnover is ridiculous. Avoid working here at all costs.

      -Pay -Benefits -Work Life Balance -Colleagues CIHS has been such an incredible place to work! I love working for a company and a CEO that cares about people. To work for a company whos main goal is helping the underserved population in our small community, is so fulfilling. Our CEO is also a clinician and aside from running a company he is also out in the field helping staff and community members. It's wonderful to work for someone and work with a team who has integrity and a passion for helping others.
