Can get burned out with caseload

I like working here overall, the company is good to its employees (staff appreciation events, access to community, professional development classes for free).

The pay is atrocious. Therefore there is ALWAYS a need for staff with the inability to hire new staff and high turnover rate. Current staff can be overworked, and still not make enough for their own family.
