Pros

The culture and work environment are so positive and continually evolving at CSC. People genuinely want to be there and try to uplift and support each other. While management is often very busy, they do their best to make new efforts to engage staff and unify the departments and various teams. While the wages are usually lower given that they're a grant-run organization, the benefits are the best I've ever seen, it offset the low salary for me. The insurance, retirements, leaves, paid holidays, and more make work and personal life balance possible. They're flexible and accommodating to allow people to have lives outside of work. It's a large agency with several locations spanning multiple counties so the experiences can vary, but I highly recommend CSC for service delivery and non-service delivery positions (such as Finance and IT).

Cons

Lower wages, work can be emotionally challenging, grants can run out.

Low pay, no communication, unorganized, fail to prepare or even listen to others who were trying to tell them what they were getting into.
