A really friendly team who was really communicative, was always there to talk, gave great help, and shared constructive feedback that helped me grow. I loved the job because there was a lot of autonomy, and I got the chance to work on very cool and challenging projects that I learned a lot from. The work at the company felt really impactful, and I loved working there!

Friendly environment, very developer driven, lots of room to do what you want and enjoy the process. Small teams of two or three developers will work with one manager and one (or more) support member who interacts with the clients and knows the use of the software well.

Either too much work or too little work. This is often due to client deadlines and grant money. Currently no senior developers, but this may be changing in the coming months of 2021.
