Although we believe that every organization can learn from candid reviews that contain both positive information and constructive criticism, the anonymity of reviews tends to be an opportunity for people to periodically post something outlandish, untrue or simply a rant that serves no constructive purpose. Those are just the perils of being an organization willing to put ourselves out there on Glass Door. The agenda of the author is quite obvious and it appears that the author either never worked at Community Tax, or may be a former employee who may have exhibited the level of constructive thought and behavior represented in this posting, and who likely disagreed with reviews or decisions which effected their compensation and resulted in them being a former employee. Community Tax is a fast paced, team oriented, performance driven environment with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits including medical/health, dental, vision, life, Short and long term disability, commuter benefits and more. Regardless of the behavior, agenda or approach the author exhibits in the post, in our efforts to be a constantly growing, always improving organization with engaged employees, we can learn from every post we see on Glass Door, be it positive, negative or neutral.
