Management has no idea how to manage Promotions are given randomly it seems; are not dependent on skill or doing your job Pay scales are all over the place; one job that requires a degree is making less than a job that is an entry level position Extremely catty and hostile environment It’s like highschool Claim to help families but resources are all backed up and no one gets much help, basically just a glorified day care center
