Toxic and unprofessional behaviors and attitudes within leadership of the Division of Child and Family Services. Multiple attempts at interventions to alleviate employee burnout, but never any changes within leadership to address them. Very little opportunity for advancement if you're not well-liked by managers on the third floor. DEI initiatives appear face value in CFS, likely because most of the leadership structure in CFS are white women.
