Pros

General working atmosphere is fine, offices are beautiful, salaries are higher than average, good food is provided and there is a whole team of HR/Well-being-at-work people in charge of entertaining employees all the time with weekly Happy hours, sport and various activities. But is this the core of the subject when building a career?

Cons

The company is totally unstable. Como was born in 2015 after Conduit Mobile bought a small start-up called Keeprz. Product is evolving all the time and teams are adapting constantly to market's needs. Meaning HR can hire people and fire them the next day with total disregard. Big boss told himself he is managing upon tactics, not strategy. Management is a joke in some departments. So if you are a developer, or if you know personally the right influential people, maybe there's an interest in working at Como. But if you are into Sales, Marketing and Business Developement, your position is at risk and you may be fired as soon as some change comes up or an activity in some market turns weaker. Definitely not a place to build a carreer.

Pros

Lots of growth opportunities. Sales has a lot of leads so we don’t focus too much on outbound. Commission structure is very lucrative.

Cons

Outbound has become less of a focus so personal development in that space is limited.

Pros

No real pros. Laid back environment. Too laidback. Salesmen are very well compensated, but get fired very quickly.

Cons

Great product, terrible morale. You will not have a life if you work here. Very high turnover. They have a golden-goose who will never get fired despite how rude, nasty, arrogant, and inconsiderate he is. He knows too much and refuses to share his knowledge with the rest of the team. They have no real direction and employees are suffering for it.
