      401k 4% match all insurances paid paid holidays 40 hours a week owner is very generous with the income coming into comp-tac Owner is always trying to improve our benifits package

      Cons

      Understaffed, but that helps get full time hours for all employees GM is kind of harsh, but he is fair.

      - full benefits include full medical, dental, vision and 401K matching - great people to work with - a diverse job that lets you do different activities in different departments

      Cons

      - 8-5 work hours so you hit traffic - only 2- 15 minute breaks
