Great mission, poor internal affairs - Trainer Comp-U-Dopt Employee Review

The CEO is money and power hungry and straying from that mission while paying herself a hefty salary and making regular employees work hard for the change that they make. No structure in upper management. They only hire friends of the CEO or CFO who are unqualified. Never look internally for candidates. The Houston office ED does not know how to manage people and doesn’t pay attention to the part time workers. No room for growth.
