      Pros

      I honestly can not think of one pro compared to other places I’ve worked.

      Cons

      Horrible work conditions. The patients are treated like cattle and practitioners are pushed to see as many patients as possible without regard to patient care. Very low pay in comparison to surrounding areas. Physicians expect mid levels to carry the brunt of the work load in the ER.

      Pros

      Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

      Cons

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Pros

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Cons

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
