Pros

Good Benefits, great office, great parking, fun activities

Cons

They have a fake culture. They do not stand by their core values. They do not care about their physicians and only have their client's best interests in mind. Zero integrity, especially towards doctors. Management picks favorites, especially in a down market. Corporate greed has destroyed this company, and I expect mass layoffs soon. Bumpster fire!

Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

Cons

Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

Pros

Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

Cons

Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
