Pros
This is a great group of people, working in a fast-paced environment with no shortage of laughter. This group provides excellent customer service, often becoming friends with their clients, and they provide support to one another, tackling some of the most difficult transportation logistics. A major benefit of working at Companion is the camaraderie while also having a lot of opportunity to work independently. It's really a great mix.
Cons
Most of the team works remotely and that can be both a pro and a con. Pro - it's an excellent benefit to work from home. Con - sometimes it's nice to be face to face with your team.
