-Hybrid working, WFO once a week
-Some of the seniors are really good people
Cons
-very low pay, 1 mio/month
-very very limited resource of learning and explore
-everything is scattered while everyone is already busy with their own task
-not invested enough on everything that supports data operations
-no clear responsibilities, who is doing what, some seniors/leaders doesnt really know whats going on
-can not end internship unless family member is sick? This is too much considering the pay, and blocking better opportunities for fresh graduates
