Bad experience, ganged up - MHST Supervising Practitioner Compass Employee Review

Bosses literally lied to get rid of me, 5 staff left within 6 months, including a team leader. Higher up team mostly consists of older white women, who don't realise when they're being emotional and making decisions like that. Management and regular staff regularly do work outside of office hours and say it's normal.
