      Pros

      People at Compass live and breath doing right by our schools and users - it’s a great purpose. The people are nice, driven and smart. Recent acquisitions add a great deal of strength to the product, again helping schools. Large growth opportunity

      Cons

      Office is old but apparently a new one coming 2026 for Melbourne. Need more social events. Pay overall slightly below market
