Cons
Left to work on your own. No communication in my team. My customers know more about my product than I am told. Discontinue product with no notification. No one to support you or back you up. You work alone and have no one to bounce ideas off of. If you reach out to the Quality dept you get absolutely no response. If they reach out to you you best act quickly. No one completes their tasks. There is no teAm. The people at the bottom are to take care of their work and the work of those who don’t work and those who plain just don’t show up. no team. Not quite sure which dept to take direction from. Impossible to please all. Oh yes ... if you get a promotion you don’t get a pay raise the next time one is due. Do not accept promotion. Extra work, no increase in pay.
