      Cons

      Management is unreliable and flippant. Forced some clients to transition to community ready, minimizing available services. Keeping clients longer than necessary in locked facilities to maximize profit. For the profit and not for the client.

      → Meaningful work with crisis patients → Decent pay and benefits on paper → Some wonderful frontline coworkers

      Cons

      → Toxic clique culture among certain leads and supervisors that HR refuses to address → Experienced nurses with clean records are suddenly targeted with anonymous complaints and unfair investigations → Extremely high turnover (90%+ in some teams) speaks for itself → Management plays favorites; if you’re not in the inner circle, you’re eventually pushed out
