Pros

The direct management is really great and supportive. Lots of bonuses and good team environment.

Cons

Upper management is rife with discrimination issues and looks the other directions when complaints or concerns are brought to their attention. Long term ongoing issues are ignored and there is a distinct lack of diversity present on the staff. Additionally, staff who are POC or belong to other minority groups are treated differently (read negatively).

Pros

Great group of people to work with excluding the management.

Cons

Management is not approachable and will not to listen to concerns regarding concerns about unfair treatment or unprofessional behavior. Pay is low to start but raises seem to be given yearly and after probationary period.

Pros

The dispatcher job itself and what you can learn from it is quite interesting, neat programs/tools. Family owned which has some pros I suppose… (the President and VP are the owners children) …

Cons

You will receive a warm welcome, hear about perks and “how lovely everyone is” because they are VERY conscious of their abysmal employee turnover rate and would rather act for you than change anything. Everyone’s work has the exact same standard/expectation and triple checked so internally they base everything on undeniable personal feelings or favoritism. Bored employee topics get very inappropriate and can turn acrimonious fast. Uncomfortable language is perfectly acceptable. (They even have audio cameras on every wall for proof yet don’t care about professionalism, even when you report something). Upper management completely out of touch with employees and make it very clear how disposable you are to them, particularly the VP/ owner’s son in law. Got a better job in two days.
