I love working for Compass Senior Living because of the culture that prioritizes resident satisfaction and team member support, creating a positive and collaborative work environment. At this time, I do not have any significant concerns to note, as my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I feel supported both professionally and personally and the organization’s strong culture and leadership continue to create an environment where teams can succeed. While there are always opportunities for any company to grow and evolve, I view those as part of ongoing improvement rather than true drawbacks. Overall, my experience has been very positive, and I appreciate being part of an organization that is committed to both its people and its mission.

Compass has created a warm and inviting culture, which keeps morale up. Everyone has a voice, and feedback is not only taken seriously, but is encouraged by leadership. Compass is always trying to improve, elevate, and innovate to update processes and the general experience for our residents. There is also a great work / life balance with Compass which I believe keeps our teams more focused and improves general morale. Great company to work for!

Initiatives and changes may have the tendency to move a little slow, but mostly because we are a smaller company. I really can't think of many cons beyond that; I genuinely enjoy my job.
