Have a good customer base, which allows everyone to switch between projects allowing them to not be bored. Increased the portfolio of technologies giving opportunities of innovation.

Cons

Management seems outdated working blind.

COMPASS platform is unmatched very great for workflow

Fees in certain states are insane and in other states there are no fees so if you relocate you could be in for a headaches
