      Pros

      To care and make a difference in pts lives each and everyday. Working within your community.

      Cons

      Management has very little knowledge on Medicare and insurance rules and regulations. Payroll is joke. Always pushing for more pts when the company is way understaffed. Working between 12-16 hours per day. Office staff are rude, demeaning, and not supportive.
