Massive territory and caseload, poor work/life balance, disrespectful managers, burnt-out staff, limited training, lacking compassion, profit over patients, quantity over quality, corporate power over people, mostly horrible contracted facilities, little regard for volunteer coordinators or social workers, low morale, poor patient care, no professional development for anyone except for select nurses/marketers/upper management, very toxic environment, resources go to marketing instead of patient care or employee benefits, corporate doesn’t care about much, except for Productivity$$ I wouldn’t recommend this employer or their ‘service’ to anyone.
