      Pros

      Coworkers are talented, hardworking, compassionate and willing to help. Extremely generous PTO plan. Full benefits. Clinical staff is amazing to watch-they were born to do this. Hospice care takes a special kind of people.

      Cons

      I don't have many negative things to say. The company is quickly growing so you are always busy.

      Due to my compassion, it can be emotionally demanding at times and challenging to separate work from personal emotions.
