Pros

You can workout instead of working and for some reason that's applauded.

Cons

I was in the room when the CEO asked an employee to prostitute themselves to get donations for a new nonprofit they are starting. Everyone comments on each other's bodies and it's really inappropriate. But there is no HR to complain to. The workload should have been covered by 3 other people, but no one else was qualified to help at all. They also weren't willing because they knew they could get away with doing nothing. Commuting to 5 locations per week, sometimes 3 in one day was awful. I would not recommend. Also, I was formally reprimanded for posting a photo of a Black customer. I wonder why. Could it have something to do with firing every professional of color on the team within a week of each other for no reason at all?

Pros

Completebody has an outstanding gym culture with each location sporting a different level of fitness admiration. as a trainer unlike most commercial gyms you solely work for your clients, which provides you great one on one time to build connections and networking.

Cons

biggest con for me was payment, unlike a standard gym that provides floor hours along with benefits. there are none to bye had here, you are essentially a private trainer while working here. they provide a tier list like every gym, their session pricing is a moderate amount, but the amount of money you make is solely based on clientele which can have you traveling up and down Manhattan daily losing time and money traveling from midtown to downtown every other hour.
