Pros
they try to be friendly, some of the trainers are very patient on trying to get you up to speed on how things are done.
Cons
the dispatchers have no clue as to what is going on, they would have a driver drive all the way from home just to tell them that there is no work for today, also they had four drivers for only three trucks, their training sucks, first , you get told one way on how to do things, then the other driver tells you to do things the other way, also they need to have more work, and not just stand around, the dispatchers did not what to do with the loads, they would have us pick up in one location and drive it back to riverside, then about half way to riverside they tell the drivers to go some where else with the load, there is no commo between the drivers and dispatch, also don't tell them that you have a college education, they will fire you for being too smart
