Pros
They throw lavish Christmas parties that are tons of fun. Having been to a couple, they are truly fab. The owner is a truly nice guy that started a company that had a family feel to it. Now, it is getting bigger and harder to maintain that feeling.
Cons
Toxic environment. Micromanaging has created an environment that lacks of teamwork and unnecessary competition. Co-workers will throw each other under the bus to make themselves look better. Managers spend more time reviewing emails for mistakes and issues rather than focusing on how to create a more efficient workflow that would lead to fewer mistakes and issues in the first place. There is no room for human error and it makes day to day life there stressful. There is no training program. When a major mistake happens, they will blame you, even if you can show that the mistake happened due to a lack of training. It is always the employee's fault. There is no accountability from management. They will always blame their employee and neglect to see that we are all the face of CDS, so if one person falters, the impression left with the client is that the company faltered. In fact, most of the managers should have management training because the level of unprofessionalism is shocking. Managers play favorites even if the person is toxic to work with, as long as they are good at kissing butt that employee will be a star.
