Invaluable Experience - Sales Associate Complete One Employee Review

My family run a business and I Hope to take over one day, but My dad said I should get some experience in sale first. I applied for Complete one to boost my confidence in face to face, and it really did work! I was there for 3 months, and in that time learnt way more about marketing and customers than I would I think if I had worked somewhere easier. The managers are all so friendly and supportive, whenever I didn't have a good day they would help massively. Now back in my family business I can start a conversation with anyone and feel like being pushed into that environment has forced me to confront my worries and realise that the more I tried the more confident I got.
