Pros
The people are what makes this place so great. I've witnessed firsthand what a compassionate leader will do for their employees as well as the appreciation shown by the employees who truly understand the difference it makes. The benefits here are great. They are much better than what my wife has been offered at her current and prior company; both being much, much larger companies. The pay is great and the opportunity for growth is always present for those who work hard and have the drive to attain it. This is absolutely the most stressful job I've ever had, but all of the positive things here also make this one the most enjoyable. I've worked for other companies and I know what's out there; and this only makes me appreciate everything I have here that much more.
Cons
Payroll is a stressful industry, but that's industry-wide and not necessarily specific to this company. The CEO will often have lunch catered for the office and every Thursday he supplies bagels and donuts to the office to help with the stress of working in payroll.
