Completely are a genuine family run and owned business that have become one of the leading bike retailers in the UK. Recent purchases of Thunder Road Motorcycles and Woods of Abergele have see the group expand across the UK. They have a car benefit scheme for all employees, every full time member of staff gets a lease car, the payments are rebated so the car just costs insurance and fuel. Many team members have been on board for years, and with 200 staff the communication and training is clear, timely and appropriate. The senior leaders are totally dedicated to success, and have taken steps such as a company whats app group, stock qr coding, and the only app for a bike dealership in the uk to assist all staff. As the company looks at expanding further many of us are being given new challenges.

Things are done a little different to many Dealerships. CSI is more important than profit, and a period of readjustment is needed from some.
