Great company to work for - Anonymous employee Composable Systems Employee Review

The work environment is excellent! Professional, yet comfortable. My team is always seeking to become better developers. Code reviews can be strict, but always kind and fair. The Sales representative understands development, and does a great job communicating with both the client and developers to ensure the end product is what the client asked for, and is within reason for the developers to achieve.

I haven’t seen any cons

The office culture is great, with a good work-life balance. The benefits are the best I've had out of any job. I actually enjoy coming in to the office every day. The ability to work from home is also great, and having PTO available to take immediately instead of having to accrue it is really helpful. Management is open to hearing suggestions and concerns, which is also a huge plus. My other favorite thing? Office dogs. It's a pet-friendly place which is awesome.

No complaints, really. I've had a great experience working here.
