      There is a culture of pointing fingers. Engineers regularly have to take the blame from line managers and programme managers. Managers rarely take responsibility for their actions. Lack of strategy. Unclear vision from leadership team. There is no collaboration across different technical teams. The company struggles to win any business opportunities.

      Low pressured environment, people are generally pleasant. If you’re an engineer good career growth Great pension and 1 month paternity leave full pay is strong.

      Change of leadership recently has taken a while to settle and cultures changing. May be good long term, currently hard to comment.
