Compound Solutions is a very innovative and fast growing company. I absolutely love the company I work for, and the people I work with. I work remotely and if I call anyone at the office, it's like they drop everything they are doing to help solve issues. It really is fantastic team work here. The Director of sales truly cares about your individual growth as well as the success of the team and he will help you grow to your true potential. The president of the company may very well be the most caring and honest person I have ever been around. She is very transparent which makes you want work even harder for the company. The CEO is a great guy and very passionate. Fun to be around and also very helpful. He drops just about anything to help out with sales, or situations where needed. I enjoy most everything about this company and look forward to spending a lot of years here.

I find myself having a hard time shutting down and spending quality family time. This is my fault mostly as the office is closed on weekends.
