Misguided Leadership and Outdated Program - Administrative Computer C.O.R.E. Employee Review

High stress work environment. Partners have stopped referring clients because it is ineffective. Can't recommend people living at poverty levels should pay even $1 for the program, let alone the fees they are charged for suffering through old systems and applications. No real consistency between sites' program delivery, and forced to inflate outcomes in order to be funded. Management and board are pretty dysfunctional. OK idea 20 years ago -- very poorly executed for present day workforce skills, needs, and demands.
