Mid to High employee turnover rate. Recent years lesser. Almost had all my team member leave in 1 year, and have to teach new people.

- They take a chance on you - Great work/life balance as you work mon - fri 9am - 6pm - Not bad work environment - Pantry and food court below the office

- Slow career progression/none - Seems to cater more towards the Singapore team as that's the HQ - Helpdesk in Malaysia feels like a low level job and may be treated as such by some colleagues - Follow Singapore holidays and some holidays that are not recognized by singapore you don't get a replacement leave or paid double. - Sometimes you do an extra job but you're still paid the same. - Internal politics/favoritism seems a bit obvious
