Pros

Secured job, On time Salary

Cons

Office Politics: -When politics come into play, projects can get delayed because decisions are made based on favoritism rather than what's best for the project. - Good employees might feel left out and demotivated if they see others getting ahead just because they know the right people. Weak HR Policies: -If HR policies are poor, employees don't get the support they need when dealing with issues like harassment or unfair treatment. Confusion: Without clear policies, handling conflicts and grievances becomes a mess, leading to inconsistency. Unfair Pay Raises: No Motivation- When raises aren't tied to performance, people who work hard feel unappreciated and might stop putting in the extra effort. High Turnover- Top talent might leave for companies that actually reward their hard work. Toxic Bosses: Stressful Environment- Dealing with verbally abusive bosses creates a stressful and unhealthy work environment. Lower Performance- Instead of focusing on work, employees spend time avoiding conflict, which hurts productivity. Toxic Female Colleagues and Mannerism Issues- Negative Atmosphere: Some female colleagues might contribute to a toxic work environment with gossip and negative behavior. Mannerism Problems: Poor manners and unprofessional behavior can make collaboration and communication difficult.
