Cons
Doesn't take employee loyalty into consideration. They've been laid off people who have been with the company for 14, 15, 19 years just with 1 Month paid check, nothing else. Now everyone is working & worry when will be their turn. Honestly, work here to get experience then you better look for somewhere else.
