Pros

No pros whatsoever! If there was an option to rate lower than 1 star, I would have!

Cons

There can be no good reason to work for a pathetic place like this. They pressurise to provide good reviews on glassdoor so that people can be taken for a ride. One can survive here only if one doesn't have an opinion, doesn't give any feedback and does everything like a robot. They don't care about talent or skills or capabilities. Disgusting management, shady HR practices. They don't allow you basic privacy. One is being tracked all the time as to when they enter and leave, what you do in the workplace, time you spend on tea/water or talking to a colleague about work!

Pros

Doesn't seem to be many positives

Cons

Take a look at their salary offering on their job advertisements -- absolutely abysmal, with a long list of skill sets/requirements/demands needed from the potential employees.

Pros

The company cares about its employees

Cons

During my time at Comwave, I gained valuable experience in a fast-paced telecom environment. However, the workplace culture often felt tense, with a hostile atmosphere and senior management that wasn’t very approachable. It was also difficult to witness frequent employee turnover, especially within the sales team, where team members were regularly let go. The high turnover rate contributed to instability and low morale. Additionally, the core product, subcontracted internet service running through Bell or Rogers often fell short in quality, leading to constant customer complaints and cancellations. It was challenging to market a service I couldn’t fully stand behind. Ultimately, I was let go as the company underwent a restructuring of its marketing department.
